ベネズエラの野党指導者マリア・コリナ・マチャド元国会議員へのノーベル平和賞授与決定を受け、中南米各国の首脳から10日、祝意の声が上がった。
一方で、反米左派マドゥロ政権の影響を受けるベネズエラ政府系メディアは、この授賞を強く非難している。
